In the RaceModifiers.txt spreadsheet, each playable race starts off with a GndCombt value of 3. The value is designed to be modified by the three ground combat race picks (Accuracy, Reflexes, and Toughness). The final value will then be a number from 0-9. That number is then checked against the RaceTrait table of the GroundCombat.txt spreadsheet to determine the bonuses in combat.
Unfortunately, the base game doesn't work properly. The race picks, instead of modifying the GndCombt value, do nothing. This patch adjusts the game so that the race picks work like they were intended to.
