Many players are not aware that when creating a new TF, it should be immediately be available for orders. Unfortunately, a bug causes it to not be
displayed properly. A common work-around was to hit the 'B' key twice, which would cause the TF to be displayed. Once this patch is installed, TFs will be displayed immediately, removing the need for that clumsy work-around.
